The DRC Blew It
As we all know, this subject is something that we could all use a little education on no matter who you are.
The DRC (Disability Rights Commission) just announced the outcome of their year-long investigation into the accessibility of 1000 websites. The DRC’s statement (http://www.drc-gb.org/publicationsandstatements/2.pdf) concluded that most websites are very inaccessible, with over 81% not even assembly required values of accessibility.

It requiredn’t be this way: you can make your website near any way you like and it can still be accessible.
Web accessibility isn’t wits skill. It very isn’t required to hardship your website on a type of people with different disabilities (though the DRC are recommending you do).
